A scheduled job queue, one shared database schema, build and deploy from CI. The system runs in production and is closed to outside access.

It estimates the refund, lists the documents needed for each case, fills in the tax return and files it. The site is still in development.

Stock is kept in a custom Oracle back office synced to a server MySQL, from which prices reach the site through an import pipeline with run logs.
