Five dance competition brands lived as five separate apps with a shared history and code that had drifted apart. The job was to bring them back together: one core, five skins.
The core handles schedules, real-time results, live streams and iPhone Live Activities; a brand is just a theme and a configuration. A new app for the network is assembled from existing parts rather than forked.
